Modification of Data

The User can update, correct, or delete the information and preferences of your personal Account at any time, by accessing the settings page of your personal Account on the Service. Please note that while any changes that the User makes will be reflected in the active databases of users instantly or within a reasonable period of time, we may retain all information you submit for backups, archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, to analyse, to comply with legal obligations, or where we reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so. The User can also delete your Personal Account by accessing the settings section of this.
The User may decline to share certain personal Data with us, in which case you may not be able to provide some of the features and functionality of the Service.
The User can also withdraw its acceptance of this Policy in their Personal Account at any time. In the event that the User do so, Eye Props will cease the processing of your Personal Data on the basis of the consent, but will continue to treat them for other legitimate reasons that do not require your consentsee clause 3.2 of the section “How we use information we collect”).
At any time, the User may object to the processing of your Personal Data, on legitimate grounds, except where applicable law permits otherwise. Unsubscribe to commercial communications
7.3. If the User receive marketing emails to our, you can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions contained in the email, or by sending an e-mail to the address provided in section “How to contact us”.
Please note that if the User chooses not to receive commercial emails from us, or modify the nature or frequency of promotional communications that you receive from us, we can take up to 3 (three) working days for us to process this request. In addition, even after the User opts not to receive our marketing messages, you will continue to receive administrative communications with respect to the Service.
Changes and updates to this Policy
Visit this page regularly to be informed of any change in this Policy, which we may update from time to time. If we modify the Policy, we will make available through the Service, we will indicate the date of the latest revision, and will comply with the applicable law. The continued use of the Service by the User after the revised Policy has become effective indicates that the User has read, understood and agreed to the current version of the Policy.
